Orders are confirmed when payment is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if a plant becomes unavailable or fails our dispatch inspection.

Plants vary naturally in height, leaf pattern, and shape. Product photography represents the species and general size rather than the exact plant you will receive.
Care and liability
Care guidance is provided in good faith and should be adapted to your home. Keep plants away from children and pets unless the species is confirmed as non-toxic.
