Orders leave the studio Monday through Thursday to reduce weekend delays. You will receive tracking details when your plants are collected by the carrier.
On arrival
Unpack plants promptly, remove protective material, and allow them to rest away from harsh direct sun. Minor leaf movement or soil displacement can occur in transit.
30-day plant promise
If a plant arrives damaged or declines within 30 days, email hello@viridiaworks.com with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer practical care support, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
